New Savart Éphémère - Always Going Fast

Éphémère is a special micro-négociant project started by Frédéric Savart in collaboration with four longtime friends.  They source from carefully selected growers and prestigious parcels, releasing each numbered cuvée only once.

"Éphémère" translates to something fleeting - like all of Fred Savart's releases, this bottling will go quickly...

NV Champagne Grand Cru Ephemere 025 Noir et Blanc Brut Nature (2018)
Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs, exclusively Grand Cru. 2018 vintage, bottled July 2019 (sur latte 42 months). Zero Dosage.  Only 9,986 bottles produced.
