GG Flagship - 2023 Schafer Frohlich Felseneck

Schafer Frohlich has a few hundred years of experience growing wine in Nahe, with the family documented in the industry back in the late 1700s. Today, Tim and his wife Nicole run the show at this historic producer.

In 2023, Tim Frohlich took the important step of keeping his vineyard team around throughout the Summer to keep on top of leafing the vines and mowing between the rows to help balance the moisture. These steps, along with his generally steep and rocky sloped vineyards took an already great vintage and made it that much better.

Today we have his flagship Felseneck Grosses Gewachs bottling from a monopole vineyard is located in the village of Bockenau. And best of all, we have it available at the best price in the country!
