Marc Hébrart, Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ - Vallée de la Marne

Marc Hébrart and his son Jean-Paul Hébrart are the most famous growers in their village.  Marc founded the domaine in 1963, and Jean-Paul has been running things since 1997.  He farms 15 hectares of vines on 85 different plots, vinifying each separately with an eye for detail.  Now one of the finest growers in the Marne, these are superbly charming Champagnes...
