Blin is in! Top Meunier Cuvées from the Master Jérôme Blin

Champagne's evolution from the land of big-brands and bad farming to one of the world's most vibrant communities of artisanal vignerons is thanks to winemakers like Jérôme Blin.

Not to be confused with the Parisian fashion designer of the same name. This larger-than-life grower is cooler by every measure. Rooted in Vincelles, Jérôme's 6-hectares of predominantly Pinot Meunier are farmed certified organically, with agroforestry, permaculture, and beekeeping (all practiced by the man himself) to compliment. With flourishing ecosystem as strong as his, the quality of fruit, and thus the wines, cannot help but be extraordinary.

In the cellar, Jérôme utilizes a variety of vessels for vinification and aging, including oak barrels, amphorae, stainless steel, and terracotta eggs. Fermented with native yeasts and undergoing long lees maturation, his wines marry precise minerality with generous layers of fruit and savory character.
