2018 'Les Mazaux' Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut - single Premier Cru lieu-dit in Villeneuve-Renneville. 100% Chardonnay in the middle of the Cote de Blancs.  Fermented in Stainless steel, without fining or filtration, no malolactic fermentation. Elevage of 6 years on lees.

2019 CDB Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut - blend of Grand Cru sites (Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger) in Cotes de Blancs.  Fermented in Stainless steel, without fining or filtration, no malolactic fermentation. Elevage of 4 years on lees and bottled with a dosage of 2 g/L.

2018 CDB Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut - Plots: Villeneuve-Renneville, 'Les Mazaux' (2010), and 'Chauffour' (1953); Cuis, 'La Grande Traille' (1987), and 'La Petite Traille'(1986).  Fermented in Stainless steel, without fining or filtration, no malolactic fermentation. Elevage of 4 years on lees and bottled with a dosage of 3 g/L, disg. December 2022.  Production of 2,049 bottles
